Thanks to our in-house design department, every model is first completely engineered in advanced 3D design software (rendering) before starting the production. Next to this theoretical approach, lots of practical tests and mockups both in our workshop and in water, to confirm all the parameters estimated by the software. Nothing is left to the unknown.

Laser scanning of the hull has the purpose of verifying the finished object has dimensional tolerances required by the designer and, in particular, there are no deformations caused by the withdrawal of the resin used to impregnate the reinforcing fibers of the hull. Another purpose is to protect the manufacturer from any copies of the water lines: in case of legal disputes it will be ‘much more’ easy to prove the close relationship between the original hull and copied one, even in case of minor changes.
